The green coffee bean has anti-diabetic profits. Green arabica coffee beans may have many advantages for people with or at risk of type 2 diabetes, according to a new study which proves that an extract from these beans can help lower blood glucose levels, as well as reduce weight.
Green coffee may work by reducing blood sugar and preventing fatty buildup. Green coffee also supports lower high blood pressure in some people. One small study in people with mild high blood pressure showed an advantage over the placebo.
